Marketing Designer (SaaS focus) (f/m/d)

This is a junior-to-mid level role with significant growth potential. You'll work on UX + conversion design (BOFU templates, sales materials, web conversion), short-form video production, and ongoing brand-system refinement. You report into the Head of Marketing and partner closely with the Technical SEO + Web Marketer on the new website launch. We're recruiting for trajectory, systems thinking, and AI fluency — not for a thick portfolio of pixel-perfect agency work. Tasks Design conversion-critical pages and templates for the website (BOFU sales pages, pricing, demo flows) Build and ship sales enablement materials — battle cards, one-pagers, decks, pitch materials Lead short-form video production for the marketing team (editing, storyboarding, some direction) Maintain and extend the TrustYou brand system in Figma — component libraries, design tokens, reusable templates Use Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, and similar AI tools to automate routine design work — freeing you for the creative and strategic moments that matter Work directly with the outbound team on creative for paid ads and outbound campaignsSupport EMEA event collateral as needed (banners, booth materials, event one-pagers) Requirements 1–3+ years in B2B SaaS design — you know the aesthetic vocabulary (clean, conversion-driven, data-credible), not consumer-product styling Strong fluency in Figma — component libraries, design tokens, systems thinking Hands-on UX and conversion design — landing pages, BOFU materials, pricing pages, demo flows. Measurable conversion wins in past work. Sales enablement design — translating messaging into visual hierarchy Short-form video editing (Premiere, DaVinci, or comparable) Active fluency with AI design tools — non-negotiable. You're using Figma + Claude + AI image generation (Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily workflow. You see AI as a force multiplier and are eager to integrate it deeper into your work. Strong English communication, written and verbal Nice-to-haves: Motion / animation (Lottie, After Effects basics) Print and event collateral experience Hospitality industry exposure About you: Systems thinker, not auteur — you build reusable kits, not one-offs Ships fast iterations — you'd rather get five 80% versions in market than perfect one in isolation Cross-functional without friction — you work directly with outbound, web, events, sales Doesn't need a creative director above you to set the vision Eager about AI — you see Claude, Gemini, and Midjourney as collaborators, not threats
