Senior Project Manager

CTG is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, execution tracking, governance, and stakeholder management for large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently drive project delivery, manage complex cross-functional dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting in fast-paced enterprise environments. Location: Remote Duration: 15 months Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Track project execution, identify risks, and drive mitigation activities. Maintain RAID logs, dependency trackers, action registers, and decision logs. Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, operations, vendors, and leadership teams. Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and issue-resolution sessions. Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership presentations. Drive accountability, ownership, and timely decision-making across project teams. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of project management experience. Experience supporting large-scale technology or business transformation programs. Strong expertise in project planning, RAID management, dependency management, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Preferred Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, or Prosci Change Management Certification. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
