CS Implementation Manager

As of no we are looking for a CS Implementation Manager, a person responsible for successful implementation of our platform. This is an ideal role for someone who is a pro at combining technical and interpersonal skills. 💻 Your main tasks will be: direct collaboration with clients to ensure the successful implementation of the User platform, educating clients on how to use our platform to successfully grow their businesses, acting as a dedicated account manager for your client base, ensuring your clients stay up to date with the latest features and fully leverage the potential of User, analyzing client requirements and monitoring system implementation and onboarding processes, managing and resolving technical issues (or redirecting them as needed), supporting product development by communicating client feedback and requirements to our Product Team. 😎 What skills and experience are we looking for? basic technical skills and coding knowledge (specifically HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs), previous experience in a similar role (ideally within a B2B SaaS company), a genuine satisfaction from helping clients achieve their business goals, ability to effectively and efficiently implement technology systems and tools, excellent listening skills and a partnership-driven approach to business, a "go-getter" and "getting-things-done" personality, highly developed communication and collaboration skills, proactivity and a hunger to learn new things, sincere interest in supporting both technical and non-technical clients, resilience and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, international environment. Extra points for: prior experience with Google Tag Manager, practical knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce), general understanding of digital marketing (previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus). 🥳 What we offer in return: compensation between 11 000 - 12 000 PLN / monthly 100% remote, flexible hours and international environment, co-finance of private medical care and sports card, high-quality hardware - you’ll work on Macbook, individual approach to your development with access to courses and needed sources.
