[Remote] Head of Marketing

AgentFire.com is the leading real estate website platform in North America, specializing in brand-focused websites for agents and teams. They are seeking a Head of Marketing to manage and optimize their paid media campaigns while driving creative direction for their marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
  • Come up with angles and hooks, then direct our designer and editor to produce the creative
  • Write video scripts, ad copy, and landing page messaging
  • Own our marketing emails, from announcements and promotions to the sequences that turn leads into demos
  • Launch campaigns for new features, promotions, webinars, and product updates
  • Dig into performance data every week and turn what you find into new angles and tests
  • Build out the full lifecycle funnel: drip sequences, segmentation, nurture frameworks
  • Design multi-step campaigns and evergreen webinar funnels
  • Put together monthly reporting that shows what's working, what isn't, CAC, and ROI
  • Set the marketing roadmap quarter by quarter and run the function with full ownership

Skills

  • Hands-on paid media experience. You've personally built, managed, and scaled campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google/YouTube with real budgets. If your experience is reviewing reports someone else made or overseeing an agency, this isn't the right fit
  • Very strong copywriting. Ad copy and email are core to this job, and email in particular is one of our biggest untapped opportunities. If you write video scripts too, even better
  • Creative direction. You can give a designer or editor rough direction and get high-quality creative back without three rounds of revisions
  • Analytical rigor. You're fluent in platform data and make decisions based on what it tells you
  • SaaS understanding. MRR, churn, CAC, LTV. You know which metrics matter for a subscription business
  • Real estate technology or proptech experience
  • Lifecycle marketing and automation (drip campaigns, segmentation, CRM workflows)
  • Experience building a CEO or founder's personal brand

  • Performance bonus tied to demos held and cost per demo, tracked monthly and paid quarterly
  • Ramp: your Month 1 bonus is guaranteed at 100%, Month 2 targets are reduced while you get up to speed, and from Month 3 on it's fully performance-based. We'll set the targets together in your first 30 days based on current baselines
