[Remote] Senior Product Marketing Manager – AI Messaging & Adoption
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Chasepro is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for their AI Messaging & Adoption team. The role focuses on developing effective messaging and go-to-market strategies for AI-powered builder experiences, while also driving product adoption and creating customer enablement content.
Responsibilities
- Define core positioning for Studio AI builder experience
- Align messaging across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Continuously update messaging as the AI product evolves rapidly
- Drive GTM strategy for AI builder adoption
- Launch campaigns tied to use cases and workflows
- Ensure messaging aligns with technical and business personas
- Create content that drives product adoption (not just awareness)
- Develop:
- Use case libraries
- Agent templates
- Reference architectures
- Help customers understand practical applications of AI
- Support Customer Success teams with adoption materials
- Build content that helps customers implement AI workflows
- Focus on reducing ambiguity (“what can I actually build?”)
- Act as “glue” across PMM team (awareness, automation, apps, etc.)
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Influence product direction and experience design
Skills
- Must Have Portfolio: A work sample highlighting enterprise B2B SaaS GTM strategy, product positioning and messaging, sales enablement assets, and data-driven campaign execution for complex IT products
- Strong messaging and positioning for technical products
- Experience in GTM strategy
- Ability to build adoption-focused content (use cases, templates, workflows)
- Experience marketing to technical B2B personas: IT admins, Developers, Platform teams
- Strong execution ownership (self-directed, no hand-holding)
- Experience with: Automation tools, Workflow platforms, Developer tools, B2B SaaS / enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with fast-changing AI product environments
- Competitive awareness and ability to iterate messaging quickly
