[Remote] Senior Systems Administrator

They are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join their Finance Operations team, responsible for the administration, support, training, and maintenance of financial systems, ensuring system security and optimizing performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a supporting administrator for the financial systems, including user access, security roles, system configurations, and integration support
- Partner with financial system stakeholders and other Senior Systems Administrators to maintain, enhance, and automate financial systems and processes
- Support the monitoring of segregation of duties, user access controls, and compliance with SOX/Gaming. within the financial systems
- Participate in system testing for new products and launches to ensure financial system integrity and reporting accuracy
- Support configuring, maintaining, and validating data for integrations between financial systems
- Assist with reporting needs and ad hoc system queries from accounting and finance stakeholders
- Support user training, documentation, and troubleshooting across financial systems
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve system workflows
- Additional projects and tasks as assigned
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration
- Familiarity with accounting operations and internal control environments
- Proficiency in administering systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM, Navan, Sovos, Payment Providers, Uber Business, Planful, NetSuite, Blackline, or similar ERP/finance tools
- Proficient in AI-powered development and productivity tools, including Anthropic's Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, GitHub, and Visual Studio
- Strong documentation and training skills
- Ability to balance day-to-day administration with long-term projects and enhancements
- Self-starter with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail
- Experience supporting teams across time zones is a plus
