[Remote] Staff Product Engineer - AI Developer Platform

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term strategic vision for AI code generation and developer workflows
- Prioritize features and platform capabilities, balancing innovation with enterprise trust requirements
- Establish key metrics for workflow quality, adoption, trust, and business impact, operationalizing them across product development
- Lead architecture and product decisions for core platform primitives including context, memory, search, and orchestration
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to shape multi-quarter product roadmap and deliverables
- Ensure alignment with engineering, design, AI, GTM, and leadership teams through effective stakeholder management
Skills
- 8+ years of experience leading highly technical products or managing product-engineering teams
- Proven success in building developer-facing platforms or infrastructure products from inception to scale
- Deep understanding of modern AI-assisted software development and agentic workflows
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and translate ambiguity into clear strategies
- Excellent written communication skills and decision-making capabilities
