[Remote] Regional Sales Manager DoD

WEKA is a pre-IPO, growth-stage company transforming how organizations manage AI and accelerated compute workflows with their innovative storage system. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager focused on the U.S. Air Force and Space Force, responsible for developing a strategic sales plan, acquiring new customers, and maintaining relationships with current clients.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create a sales pipeline while acquiring new logos/programs and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with current customers
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
- Work with strategic VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
- Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
- Interface with many levels of WEKA senior management
Skills
- 7+ years of IT Sales experience in the D
- Experience selling into the U.S. Air Force and/or Space Force
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Passion and desire to work in a startup culture, directly impacting the growth of the company
- Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
