[Remote] Account Manager (Danish Speaking)

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a consultative, solution-selling approach, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver against your expansion and upsell revenue quota across your book of business
- Take a consultative, solution-selling approach to identify growth opportunities within your accounts
- Negotiate contract renewals, build proposals, and manage commercial outcomes
- Use data-driven outreach to promote new products, analyse customer engagement, and increase product utilisation
- Educate customers on the value of Sign In App, connecting features to their specific challenges and goals
- Prioritise and advocate for customer needs, elevating issues that will have the most impact on satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Partner with marketing on customer campaigns and programmes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding ongoing experience for customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
Skills
- Proficiency in Danish (both written and verbal) is essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Previous SaaS experience is required
- Proven track record of quota attainment
- Ability to interact with a customer's executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
- Hands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Outstanding listening skills with the ability to translate client communications into solutions
- Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, motivated to document process
- Ability to multitask/ in a SUPER fast paced environment
- Willingness and passion to learn new skills
- 3+ years in a client facing, high-tech B2B, account management or renewal management role preferred
- Desired/ Preferable previous Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
