[Remote] Senior Account Manager - NAM

They are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across investment consulting firms in the US, focusing on embedding their platform within client workflows to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across investment consulting firms in the US
- Expand existing relationships by embedding Confluence’s platform within client workflows across data, reporting, and analytics
- Work across complex client environments, engaging stakeholders from analysts through to senior decision makers
- Identify opportunities to drive long term revenue growth
- Manage high value, enterprise consultant relationships, not transactional accounts
- Sell a platform embedded in critical client workflows, not standalone products
- Have ownership of account strategy, pricing, and revenue expansion
Skills
- Experience working with investment consulting firms, either selling into them, managing them as clients or working for them directly
- Knowledge of portfolio analytics, performance measurement, risk, or reporting solutions used by investment consultants and institutional investors
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships within financial services
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth across existing accounts (renewals, upsell, cross sell, pricing)
- Experience selling or managing platform or workflow based solutions, not standalone products
- Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder client environments, from analysts to senior decision makers
- Background within an investment consulting firm
- Experience with financial data, reporting, or analytics platforms
- Experience selling across multiple solutions within a broader platform
- Network within investment consulting or wider financial services
