[Remote] Yield Analyst

They are seeking a data-driven Yield Analyst to analyze ad performance data, optimize inventory yield, and support revenue growth strategies across their digital properties.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze ad revenue trends, fill rates, CPMs, and other key monetization metrics
- Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders
- Support the yield and ad operations teams in identifying revenue optimization opportunities across direct and programmatic channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ad Operations, Sales, and Product to ensure ad inventory is efficiently utilized
- Conduct basic forecasting and scenario analysis using historical data and market trends
- Document insights and contribute to testing frameworks to improve yield strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large data sets
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas); familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with how digital advertising works (e.g., ad servers, programmatic advertising, header bidding)
- Experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager, SSPs, or analytics tools
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
