[Remote] Data & Reporting Engineer

They are seeking a Data & Reporting Engineer to support enterprise reporting, compliance, and operational analytics initiatives, focusing on developing reporting solutions and managing data integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI
- Design, document, and support data feeds, integrations, and end-to-end data flows
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets for reporting and analytics
- Utilize Microsoft Graph API and other APIs to extract, transform, and report on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID data
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and feed monitoring to ensure reporting accuracy
- Troubleshoot data feed issues, reporting discrepancies, and production support incidents
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver reporting solutions and continuous improvements
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Reporting
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI (including DAX)
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365/Entra ID reporting
- Experience with Alteryx, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data lineage, reconciliation, and reporting governance
- Experience troubleshooting data feeds and supporting production reporting environments
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
