This role involves supporting talent management modules and ensuring effective performance management practices, while also preparing executive-level presentations and managing various HR-related workflows.

Skills

  • Experience preparing and presenting executive-level presentations.: 10 years
  • Experience gathering and presenting applicable data in support of a variety of audits and open records requests.: 10 years
  • Experience in interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows, while consistently holding vendors accountable to contractual requirements: 10 years
  • Extensive experience supporting the Talent Management modules (TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management): 8 years
  • Experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.: 8 years
  • Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes for Taleo, TAM/CG, and/or Performance Management.: 8 years
  • Extensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap by combining strong planning skills, functional insight, and effective cross-functional communication: 8 years
  • Extensive knowledge and experience managing the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) for a Peoplesoft recruiting system, and/or Performance Management: 8 years
  • Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilities.: 8 years
  • Extensive knowledge supporting and providing oversight with Recruiting or Performance Management batch jobs, i.e., Run My Jobs (RMJ): 8 years
  • Extensive familiarity with support tools such as PUM, Fluid and Elastic Search.: 8 years
  • Extensive knowledge of security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance.: 8 years
  • Extensive experience developing test scripts and executing structured UAT and regression testing for PeopleSoft HCM functional enhancements, patches, and PUM updates.: 8 years
  • Experience supporting cross module integrations within a large ERP environment, including troubleshooting data flow issues, coordinating with technical teams, and resolving integration failures across HR, Recruiting, or Performance Management modules.: 8 years
  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles and practices for IT activities such as IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) that focus on aligning IT services with the needs of the business: 3 years
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of State applicable policies.: 6 years
  • Experience administering OnBoarding-related security and workflow routing, including resolving new hire access issues, task failures, role assignments, and onboarding workflow discrepancies.: 6 years
  • Experience performing functional project management activities in support of CPA's CAPPS program.: 6 years
  • Experience providing Tier 2 Service Desk Support for a large network (30 or more) of agencies with a Managed Services vendor providing Tier 3.: 6 years
