[Remote] Analyst, Billing Data

They are seeking a Billing Data Analyst to focus on billing functions, reconcile billing data, and support internal partners in maintaining accurate billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and identify inconsistencies across multiple data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with the preparation and submittal of billing files for advisory fee accounts at multiple financial custodian firms
• Manage audit reports within client databases to inspect data and identify, research, and resolve issues as needed
• Lead billing-related efforts for partner payouts, including reviewing data, supporting calculations, identifying inconsistencies, and helping ensure payout information is accurate and complete
• Assist in enhancing processes, procedures, and reports to monitor activity, ensure accuracy, streamline processes, and improve efficiencies
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal partners
• Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Strong attention to detail required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills required
• Ability to work under tight deadlines required
• Minimum of one year of experience in accounting, billing, problem-solving, data analysis, or a related analytical role preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in a general office environment preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
• Experience with Salesforce reporting preferred
