[Remote] National Project Manager (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LVI Associates is a nationally recognized contractor specializing in engineering-led repair and maintenance solutions. They are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee project delivery and client engagement for a national portfolio of work, while supporting broader business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all project-related matters
• Manage contractual obligations across assigned projects
• Forecast and track financial performance
• Oversee project cash flow including invoicing and collections
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects to meet or exceed financial and operational targets
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and compliance
• Build and manage strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Support estimating, scope development, and preconstruction efforts
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to project teams
• Monitor cost, quality, and schedule performance, escalating risks where needed
• Coordinate with engineers and internal stakeholders on technical delivery
• Manage subcontractor scopes, change orders, and site logistics
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all parties
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and closeout deliverables
• Contribute to continuous improvement, R&D initiatives, and internal best practice sharing

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in project management (restoration, concrete, or similar sectors preferred)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience managing larger, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficient with industry software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, project management systems)
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
