[Remote] Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Judge Group is seeking multiple Instructional Designers to join their growing team in the healthcare sector. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions while adhering to established instructional design methodologies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Apply the ADDIE instructional design model
- Analyze source content to determine learning needs
- Design and develop learning solutions aligned with business objectives
- Create e-learning courses using storyboards and source materials
- Develop virtual instructor-led training (vILT) from procedural documentation
- Produce job aids and supporting learning materials
- Utilize provided templates and follow established standards and guidelines
- Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and timelines
- Communicate project status and escalate risks or issues as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members using digital collaboration tools
Skills
- 5+ years of instructional design or learning development experience
- Proven experience designing end-to-end learning solutions
- Proficiency with instructional design tools, including: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, Camtasia
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related field
- Experience working in a consumer-focused organization
- Background in healthcare and/or insurance industries
