[Remote] QE Automation Architect / Lead – Corporate & Financial Systems

They are seeking an experienced QE Automation Architect / Lead to design and implement enterprise-scale automation solutions for Corporate & Financial systems, while mentoring teams in automation best practices and ensuring quality across systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive enterprise automation architecture and testing strategy
- Design scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, REST Assured, and GitLab CI/CD
- Lead API-first, regression, integration, and release validation testing
- Ensure end-to-end quality across enterprise systems, data flows, and downstream integrations
- Mentor QE teams on automation best practices, AI-driven testing, and Agile QE methodologies
- Define KPIs, quality gates, test optimization strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- 10–14 years of expertise in designing and driving enterprise-scale automation solutions for Corporate & Financial systems
- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium
- Strong hands-on experience in REST Assured
- Experience with CI/CD integration
- Experience in AI-assisted testing
- Expertise in automation framework architecture
- Expertise in integration testing
- Expertise in release quality engineering
- Strong expertise in REST APIs
