[Remote] Account Executive - Ancillary Benefits

They are seeking an Account Executive to promote and distribute general agency products and services to the brokerage community, focusing on building relationships, driving new business, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Collaborate with underwriters and account managers to deliver excellent service
- Stay updated on industry trends and attend networking events
Skills
- 5+ years of group benefits experience
- Life/Health license required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
