[Remote] Remote Sales Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Hadley Agency is seeking ambitious, self-driven individuals to join their team as Remote Life and Health Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most while developing skills in communication, leadership, and business ownership.
Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources
- Educate clients on available policies and coverage options
- Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings
Skills
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one – we provide guidance)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills for CRM and client management
- Technical devices to conduct business laptop, desktop or iPad etc
- A self-starter attitude with strong people skills and professional integrity
