[Remote] Recruiter - Fixtures & Merchandising

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BrandPoint Services is a company specializing in retail fixture installations and merchandising programs. They are seeking an experienced Recruiter for their Fixtures & Merchandising Division to support nationwide hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various positions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate positions within the Fixtures & Merchandising Division
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel nationwide
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Develop recruiting strategies to support rapid project staffing requirements
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to management
  • Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring demands

Skills

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Recruiting experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, construction, field services, or related industries
  • Experience recruiting for nationwide field teams
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices
