Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Remote

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, group, and community-based therapy to Latino clients. Conduct crisis assessments and interventions. Facilitate specialized support groups for various issues like adjustment to illness, pain management, parenting, and more. Participate in case review meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Conduct court-ordered psycho-social evaluations and provide court appearances when necessary. Collaborate with medical professionals and refer clients to community resources. Travel to different clinic sites as needed (currently remote during COVID-19).

Qualifications

Licensed LCSW in California with up to 2 years of post-master's clinical experience (preferably in medical social work). Bilingual English/Spanish fluency strongly preferred. Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR). Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Culturally competent and passionate about serving Latino communities. Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
