Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
- Provide destination recommendations, travel information, and itinerary guidance
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate booking records
- Resolve customer inquiries and travel-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, restrictions, and industry updates
- Engage with customers through social media platforms and online communication channels
- Create and share travel-related content to support brand awareness and customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service experiences
- Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail throughout the booking process
