[Remote] Regional Director of Clinical Operations

They are seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to implement best operational practices and lead clinical operations initiatives across various healthcare programs.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates TH PACE values consistently and leads by example with all internal and external customers and works collaboratively across all TH PACE divisions
- Model and integrate Trinity Health/TH PACE mission, values, and behaviors in all actions
- Lead by example to foster a warm, collaborative, and service-focused environment
- Execute work within a cross-functional, team-oriented culture
- Provide strategic leadership: set vision, align resources, drive growth, and lead change
- Develop and execute plans to achieve operational and organizational goals
- Build strong partnerships across teams; resolve conflicts and drive collaboration
- Manage department budget; oversee purchasing and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff; address performance through direct and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and ethical standards
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis response planning
- Identify and implement operational best practices across PACE programs
- Lead clinical operations initiatives across PACE clinics, home health, and in-home care
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization across programs
- Analyze performance metrics and address operational variances; serve as a clinical operations resource
- Accountable for achieving clinical outcomes and performance targets
- Assess nursing competencies and partner on development planning
- Review, update, and standardize clinical policies and procedures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- 5+ years healthcare experience preferred in outpatient, ambulatory, or managed home care
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Specialty certification required within 3 years (e.g., Gerontological Nursing, Nurse Executive)
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices, long-term care, and applicable regulations
- Proven leadership, business acumen, and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, manage change, and resolve conflict effectively
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across teams and stakeholders in virtual environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare systems
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service focus and adaptability to changing priorities
- High accountability with ability to research, analyze, and synthesize information
- Ability to travel up to 25%, will visit PACE locations as needed in multiple states
- Master's preferred
- 5+ years healthcare experience preferred in outpatient, ambulatory, or managed home care
- Minimum one (1) year teaching or instructor experience, with planning and developing educational materials, preferred
