Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain client profiles in Google Sheets, ensuring every field—from contact details to training preferences—is entered correctly and consistently.
  • Respond to client inquiries via our proprietary texting platform, providing clear, courteous, and timely answers that reflect arenaflex’s brand voice.
  • Perform routine data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing information.
  • Log into the system at flexible intervals, complete assigned tasks, and log out, following the “login‑work‑log out” workflow that maximizes efficiency while respecting your schedule.
  • Collaborate with the client support team to prioritize high‑volume periods and ensure that urgent requests are addressed promptly.
  • Document any recurring issues or process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline data handling.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client data in compliance with privacy regulations and arenaflex’s internal security policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Word—ability to create, edit, and format documents without errors.
  • Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation; a keen eye for detail is non‑negotiable.
  • Demonstrated typing speed of at least 55 WPM with high accuracy (minimum 98% accuracy rate).
  • Strong listening skills, enabling you to interpret client messages accurately and respond appropriately.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to focused remote work.
  • Self‑discipline to manage a flexible schedule—logging in, completing tasks, and logging out without direct supervision.
  • Previous experience in data entry, customer support, or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
