Position Overview – Lead Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Data Engineer to join our Commitment and Maintenance Information Designing team. In this role, you will own the design, development, and optimization of large‑scale data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and analytics platforms that support critical business functions across arenaflex’s web‑based features and innovation initiatives. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in San Francisco, offering a competitive hourly rate of $24 and a collaborative, technology‑first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable data warehousing solutions that enable self‑service analytics for product, finance, and marketing teams.
• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines in hybrid environments (cloud, on‑premise, and multi‑cloud) using Hadoop, AWS, Snowflake, and Flink.
• Collaborate with Data Product Owners, Data Modelers, and Data Architects to translate business requirements into efficient data models and storage strategies.

Essential Qualifications
