Role Overview

The Customer Care Professional – Consumer Product Services is a pivotal member of our high‑volume inbound call center. You will engage with card members, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored solutions that reinforce the value of arenaflex membership. This role blends consultative sales, problem‑solving, and relationship building, all while meeting rigorous performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Extraordinary Service: Handle a high volume of inbound calls with poise, empathy, and a “Customer First” mindset.
  • Consult & Personalize: Listen actively to card members, diagnose their needs, and recommend personalized product offers, benefit enrollments, and lifestyle solutions.
  • Drive Loyalty: Use your service‑oriented personality to deepen brand affinity, encouraging long‑term engagement and repeat usage.
  • Resolve Inquiries: Address a wide range of account‑specific questions—including statement reviews, card replacements, payments, rewards redemption, and account updates.
  • Utilize Tools & Resources: Leverage arenaflex’s proprietary platforms to identify custom solutions, anticipate needs, and achieve first‑point‑of‑contact resolution.
  • Meet Performance Targets: Consistently exceed metrics for sales conversion, quality assurance, compliance, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business partners, product specialists, and compliance officers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling natural, persuasive conversations with card members.
  • Resilience to manage a steady stream of calls while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Demonstrated humility and empathy, with the ability to acknowledge and address customer emotions effectively.
  • Technical proficiency to multitask across multiple computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy.

Additional Requirements

  • Flexible availability to work shifts between 6:00 am – 2:00 am, including weekends and holidays.
  • Hybrid work model with an expectation of three on‑site days per week (subject to business needs).
  • Full‑time commitment with shift‑flexibility based on operational demand.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
