Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients filing claims, gathering all necessary documentation, and coordinating with adjusters to expedite the claims process.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of policy changes, endorsements, and renewals within our secure client management system.
  • Proactively reach out to clients during renewal cycles, providing competitive quotes, explaining coverage options, and highlighting any policy enhancements.
  • Answer client inquiries regarding coverage details, billing statements, rate fluctuations, and policy modifications with clarity and professionalism.
  • Stay informed on industry standards, carrier updates, and regulatory changes by regularly communicating with insurance partners, underwriters, and internal sales teams.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios to identify gaps, recommend coverage adjustments, and ensure optimal protection.

Essential Qualifications

  • Active insurance license in Minnesota or a demonstrated willingness to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.
