Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & System Management: Accurately input reservations, ticket changes, and payment information into arenaflex’s automated reservation platform, ensuring compliance with all operational standards.
  • Financial Transactions: Process cash, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons; calculate fares, issue refunds, and balance daily cash drawers with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve overbookings, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged baggage, and other passenger concerns promptly, following arenaflex’s escalation procedures.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Complete daily logs, incident reports, and performance metrics as required by management; contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with ground‑crew, baggage handlers, and supervisors to ensure seamless airport operations and a smooth passenger experience.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations, security protocols, and arenaflex’s Ground Operations Handbook while handling equipment and performing physical tasks.
  • Flexibility: Participate in rotating shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of a 24/7 airline operation.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at a minimum of 55 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly over the phone and via digital channels.
  • Basic proficiency with computers, internet browsers, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
