Our success is built on professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional service—and we’re growing! We are currently hiring full-time Answering Service Agents to join our remote team. As an agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering accurate, compassionate, and professional service on every call. Please note: These are not sales, telemarketing, gig, or “make your own hours” positions.

Requirements

  • Reside in PA, FL, MD, VA, or WV
  • Be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Have a proven customer service background
  • Enjoy helping others and working as part of a team
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
  • Have a pleasant and polished phone voice
  • Demonstrate above-average spelling skills
  • Type at least 40 words per minute
  • Meet work-from-home requirements, including:

High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions

  • Be flexible and able to work the required schedule

(Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday 3p-11p Eastern. Flexibility Required)

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (a requirement of employment)
