Corporate Trainer (vILT / Call Center Training) Location: Dublin, OH (Hybrid/Onsite as needed) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts) | Start Date: 08/10/2026 Pay: $51.03/hour
Summary
Hiring a Corporate Trainer to deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training (vILT) and support learning delivery for a call center hub. This role is ideal for an energetic facilitator who can create a welcoming new-hire experience, deliver training aligned to frequent program updates, and continuously improve curriculum based on results. If you’re confident presenting in Microsoft Teams and Zoom, enjoy building rapport quickly, and can keep training materials accurate in a fast-paced environment, this is a strong opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate vILT training sessions and support in-person facilitation as needed
- Train and upskill new and existing call center employees to improve readiness and performance
- Deliver training in alignment with an aggressive release schedule and evolving program updates
- Support learning strategy deployment in partnership with learning leadership
- Evaluate learning effectiveness (feedback, assessments, performance outcomes) and recommend curriculum improvements
- Create and update training materials: PowerPoint presentations, job aids, user guides, quick reference guides, and assessments
- Maintain training documentation and coordinate training processes to support consistent delivery
- Stay current on training trends and adult learning best practices and incorporate improvements
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to align learning content to business needs
- Support a performance improvement mindset and contribute to ongoing learner experience enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of corporate training, Learning & Development, training facilitation, or instructional delivery experience preferred
- Strong virtual facilitation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles (andragogy), instructional design concepts, and learning measurement/evaluation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint required; Excel/Word helpful)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver quality results under aggressive timeframes
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
- Must be willing to work Central Time Zone business hours (program requirement)
