Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from travelers seeking help with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
    • Assist customers with booking new flights, rebooking canceled or delayed flights, and providing accurate travel-related information.
    • Address customer concerns regarding luggage, seat assignments, in-flight services, special accommodations, and travel documentation requirements.
    • Guide customers through online booking platforms, mobile applications, and self-service tools to enhance their overall experience.
  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
    • Assess customer concerns quickly and accurately to provide effective solutions that align with company policies.
    • Support customers experiencing travel disruptions, including delays, cancellations, missed connections, and unexpected itinerary changes.
    • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship until resolution is achieved.
    • Process refunds, exchanges, and special service requests in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Information and Guidance:
    • Provide clear, comprehensive information on arenaflex policies, procedures, baggage allowances, check-in requirements, and travel restrictions.
    • Educate customers about available services including loyalty programs, upgrade opportunities, and premium travel benefits.
    • Help customers understand and navigate travel requirements, health guidelines, and destination-specific entry rules.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotional offers, partnership programs, and seasonal travel initiatives.
  • Booking Management:
    • Create new reservations, modify existing bookings, and process cancellations upon customer request.
    • Accurately update customer profiles, payment information, and travel preferences in the system.
    • Verify pricing, availability, and itinerary details to ensure error-free transactions.
    • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the appropriate systems for future reference and continuity of service.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building:

Essential Qualifications
