The Remote Customer Service Representative is the voice of arenaflex, providing essential support to our clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Position Overview

This is a permanent, fully virtual opportunity. You will join a dedicated team that operates a 24/7 call center, handling between 100 and 150 inbound calls per shift. Calls are categorized according to established protocols, and you will be responsible for documenting each interaction in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. The role requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contractual obligations, while consistently demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from clients, partners, and end‑users, maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused demeanor.
  • Accurately categorize each interaction using predefined call categories and log details in the CRM system.
  • Provide clear, concise information about arenaflex products, services, and policies, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
  • Escalate complex technical or contractual issues to the appropriate specialist while following escalation guidelines.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex’s suite of human services solutions, staying up‑to‑date with product releases and enhancements.
  • Utilize email, phone, and live chat platforms to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, including keyboard, mouse, and numeric keypad operations.
  • Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
  • Adhere to shift schedules, including 2nd shift hours (10 AM EST – 9 PM EST), which may involve nights and weekends.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year in customer service, call‑center operations, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
