What You'll Do as a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Professional (CSP) at arenaflex, you will serve as a frontline brand ambassador on every call. Your primary mission is to answer incoming customer questions, resolve issues efficiently over the telephone, and — when the moment is right — help customers discover additional products and services that genuinely meet their needs. You will balance empathy with accountability, listening carefully while also guiding each conversation toward a positive outcome for the customer and the client.

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls with Confidence. You will be available and ready to take customer calls during your scheduled hours, remaining productive, focused, and engaged from your first call to your last. Every interaction should be a positive one that meets the customer's needs while reinforcing their trust in the brand.
  • Be the Face of the Brand. You will serve as a brand spokesperson for arenaflex's Fortune 500 and mid-level clients, creating customer loyalty through professionalism, warmth, and a clear understanding of each client's voice and values.
  • Drive Sales Through Consultative Conversations. You will demonstrate a variety of selling techniques that result in sales of client products and services. Rather than pushing hard, you'll listen first, identify the real need, and present solutions in a way that feels helpful rather than scripted.
  • Uncover Customer Needs Through Smart Questioning. You will ask thoughtful clarifying questions to understand what each customer truly wants, then articulate the features and benefits of products and services in a competitive, compelling manner that leads to successful outcomes.
  • Proactively Learn and Share Knowledge. You will take ownership of staying current on new information, products, promotions, and policies. When you discover a customer-impacting concern, you will report it promptly. When you find a smarter way to resolve an issue, you will share that best practice with your teammates.
  • Think Outside the Box on Resolutions. You won't simply read from a script. You will use sound judgment and creative problem-solving to find resolutions that satisfy customers while protecting the integrity of the brand and the business.
  • Respect the Customer's Time. You understand that every minute a customer spends on the phone is a minute they are giving to you, and you will honor that by being efficient, prepared, and genuinely helpful in every interaction.

Compensation and Pay Structure

At arenaflex, we believe in transparent, performance-based pay. Compensation for the Customer Service Professional role is hourly and ranges from $9.50 to $15.00 per hour, depending on your placement, the client program you support, and your experience level. Placement-based pay means your starting rate is determined by the specific client account and role you are matched with, giving you the opportunity to grow into higher-paying programs as you build tenure and prove your skills.

Hourly earnings are complemented by the monthly bonus program, allowing top performers to significantly increase their total compensation.

What We're Looking For: Requirements and Qualifications

We don't require a long list of degrees or prior call center experience. What we do require is reliability, communication skill, and a genuine desire to help people. Here is what you'll need to succeed at arenaflex.

Essential Requirements

  • Computer and Keyboarding Proficiency. You should be comfortable navigating multiple software systems, using a keyboard efficiently, and typing accurately while engaging in conversation with customers.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication. You demonstrate excellent communication skills in every interaction — clear, friendly, professional, and easy to understand. You'll also need solid written communication for internal notes, chat, and customer follow-ups.
  • Basic Math, Reading, and Comprehension. You can perform basic practical math, read and understand customer accounts and policy documents, and apply that information accurately during calls.
  • Minimum Availability of 15 Hours Per Week. You are able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours of scheduled work time each week, with the flexibility to expand into full-time hours if desired.
  • Hardwired Internet Connection and USB Headset. Reliable, high-quality calls require a stable wired internet connection (not Wi-Fi) and a USB headset. This ensures crystal-clear audio and minimizes dropped calls.
  • Quiet, Professional Home Workspace. You have a dedicated space where you can take calls without background noise or interruptions.

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or contact center software
  • Sales or upselling experience in any industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities (varies by client program)
  • Experience working from home or in a remote environment

This is a fully remote position. However, due to strict work-from-home regulations, arenaflex is currently unable to onboard residents of the following states:
