About the Role

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be the digital voice of the brands we serve, providing real-time assistance, guidance, and solutions to customers through our chat platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate Multiple Chat Conversations: Manage several live chat sessions simultaneously without compromising on the quality or speed of your responses.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required as a minimum educational qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages is a strong plus, especially for serving diverse customer bases.
  • Prior Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in chat support, call centers, retail, hospitality, or related fields is highly valued.

  • Typing Speed of 50+ WPM: Faster typing speeds are preferred to handle high chat volumes efficiently.
  • Flexibility for Shifts: Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, days, 10-hour shifts, or 12-hour shifts as needed.
