Position Details: Fully Remote 2024-2025 School Year 1099 Contract Support students with diverse disabilities Specific caseload details provided during the interview Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, school administrators, and other professionals. Utilize assessment tools to evaluate and track student progress, adapting instruction as necessary. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement. Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to facilitate effective inclusion and accommodations. Employ diverse teaching strategies to meet the varied needs of students. Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and achievements. Establish open communication with parents and guardians to support their child s educational journey. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities as needed.
