Resolve questions and problems submitted by customers and PBM following established guidelines. Assist physicians in the prior authorization process, including the initiation of prior authorizations. Verify benefits for Major Medical via online resources or over the phone, ensuring payment of claims. Document contact interactions, recording details, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Experience providing customer service in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, call center setting, or other related industry Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal) with good interpersonal skills Basic level PC skills, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts Preferred Qualifications Experience providing customer service related to adherence and complex disease states Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite #Pharmacy #HealthcareServices #CustomerService #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
