About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Specialized Cleaning Technician to focus on Data Centers and Laboratories. Key Responsibilities
Develop and document specialized cleaning procedures for data centers, laboratories, and cleanroom environments. Provide remote expert guidance and support to on-site cleaning teams. Conduct remote assessments of cleaning protocols and environmental conditions based on client data. Ensure all cleaning practices comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO, SEMI, FDA regulations) and client-specific requirements. Advise on the selection and use of appropriate cleaning agents, equipment, and contamination control technologies. Train client staff or field technicians remotely on specialized cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Stay current with advancements in cleanroom technology, data center infrastructure, and laboratory sanitation. Troubleshoot and resolve specialized cleaning challenges encountered by field teams. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients and internal management.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in specialized cleaning, particularly within data center, laboratory, or cleanroom environments. Proven ability to develop and implement detailed cleaning protocols and SOPs. Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards, ESD control, HEPA filtration, and sterile environments. Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to these sectors. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in using remote collaboration and documentation tools. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setup. A relevant technical certification or degree is a plus. Experience with a variety of cleaning agents and equipment suitable for sensitive environments. Demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise technical guidance remotely.
