The Role
- Insurance Coverage Expertise: Manage complex insurance coverage, advising policyholders on coverage interpretation, risk management, and resolution of high-stakes disputes.
- Litigation & Trial Experience: Gain meaningful courtroom and trial exposure through cases involving contractual disputes, federal claims, and sophisticated multi-party litigation across diverse industries.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside seasoned trial attorneys in a dynamic, team-oriented setting - contributing to strategic case planning and developing a deep understanding of advanced litigation tactics.
