Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) workflows for provisioning, de‑provisioning, and lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver – JML) across a heterogeneous enterprise environment.
- Implement and maintain correlation rules, access certification campaigns, and role‑based access control (RBAC) models that align with business policies and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate SailPoint with downstream applications using Web Services, REST APIs, SCIM connectors, and custom provisioning rules to ensure seamless onboarding and off‑boarding of user accounts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional software and platform teams to troubleshoot IAM‑related incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead release management activities, including version control, change‑control processes, and automated deployment pipelines for IAM solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and security best practices.
- Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews, delivering evidence of IAM controls and remediation actions.
- Contribute to the development of documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IAM processes.
- Engage with business stakeholders through remote chat channels to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and communicate progress on IAM initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting IAM solutions, preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ, in a large‑scale enterprise environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux/Unix administration, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- API Expertise: Demonstrated ability to work with Web Services, RESTful APIs, and SCIM connectors for provisioning and de‑provisioning workflows.
- IAM Knowledge: Strong understanding of identity governance, access certification, RBAC, role mining, and federation concepts.
- Release Management: Experience with software deployment pipelines, version control (Git), and change‑management processes.
- Problem‑Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex security scenarios, propose pragmatic solutions, and execute them with precision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud‑native IAM services.
