  • Providing accurate, timely information about our heating products, fuel oil delivery schedules, installation services, and related home‑service offerings.
  • Assisting customers in placing orders, scheduling service appointments, and confirming delivery windows.
  • Resolving complaints, troubleshooting issues, and turning challenging situations into positive experiences.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and seamless service continuity.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to coordinate service delivery and address cross‑functional queries.
  • Conducting outbound follow‑up calls to gather feedback, confirm satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Processing orders, refunds, and returns with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and emailing PDF estimates and service proposals to prospective and existing customers.
  • Tracking lead generation activities, documenting interactions, and feeding insights back to the marketing team.
