  • Quality Assurance: Verify the completeness and correctness of each record, cross‑checking against source documents, emails, and scanned forms.
  • Compliance Adherence: Follow arenaflex’s standard operating procedures, data governance policies, and industry regulations to maintain data integrity.
  • Deadline Management: Prioritize tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission deadlines, ensuring downstream processes remain on schedule.
  • Independent Workflow: Manage your own workload, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and seek clarification when needed without constant supervision.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify repetitive data entry challenges and propose automation or workflow enhancements to senior management.

Essential Qualifications
