Role Overview – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners who request assistance through our platform. Your primary responsibility is to verify customer information, assess the scope of their home‑improvement needs, and filter out smaller jobs that do not align with our contractors’ strategic focus. By doing so, you ensure that our network of professional partners invests their time and resources on projects that deliver value to both the contractor and the homeowner.

  • RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
  • Storage: Minimum 128 GB HDD; SSD is strongly recommended for faster load times.
  • Screen Resolution: 1366 × 768 (HD) or higher.
  • USB Ports: Minimum 2 (3+ recommended) for headset, mouse, and any additional peripherals.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or later (Chromebooks and macOS are not supported for this role).
