Our Remote Customer Service & Sales Representatives are the front line of arenaflex’s customer experience. You will guide prospective home‑buyers and existing borrowers through the mortgage refinancing process, help them understand financing options, and ensure seamless account updates. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound outreach to prospective borrowers, real‑estate agents, and existing customers.
  • Mortgage Guidance: Explain refinancing options, home‑purchase financing, and related products in clear, jargon‑free language.
  • Account Management: Assist customers with payment inquiries, account changes, and documentation requests while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Sales & Upselling: Promote arenaflex’s suite of mortgage‑related services, meet self‑set sales targets, and overcome objections with confidence.
  • Multi‑System Navigation: Efficiently operate multiple CRM, loan‑origination, and documentation platforms simultaneously.
  • Data Accuracy: Accurately capture call notes, update customer records, and ensure all information is entered in compliance with privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a high‑volume inbound/outbound call‑center environment, preferably in financial services or real‑estate support.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; clear articulation and active listening are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and handle objection handling with professionalism.
  • Strong computer literacy: comfortable typing while speaking, navigating multiple windows, and using mouse/keyboard efficiently.

  • Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry, meticulous documentation, and adherence to compliance standards.

Compensation & Benefits
