Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

The Remote Customer Service Representative role is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s commitment to delivering world‑class support. Working from the comfort of your home, you will engage customers via inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email, providing timely resolutions to product, service, and technical inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call‑center, retail, or similar environment.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (ethernet preferred) and a dedicated workspace.
  • Proficiency in multitasking within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Windows/macOS navigation, Microsoft Office, and web browsers.
