What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting plan members with their pharmacy benefit needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Members with Pharmacy Benefit Plans: Serve as the first point of contact for members seeking information about their prescription drug coverage. Help them understand their benefits, navigate formulary lists, and clarify any questions they may have about their plan.
  • Handling Inbound Calls: Answer a high volume of inbound calls from plan members in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Each call is an opportunity to provide clarity, reassurance, and solutions.

What You Bring: Required Qualifications
