As the Customer Marketing Consulting Team Lead, you will be the strategic bridge between the Marketing organization and the data‑analytics engine that powers our campaigns. Your expertise will shape targeting strategies, ensure data integrity, and drive process efficiencies that enable arenaflex to deliver world‑class customer experiences across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consulting: Partner with Marketing leaders to design and refine targeting and eligibility criteria for consumer and commercial benefit‑reinforcement and spend‑driven campaigns.
  • Data Exploration & Segmentation: Conduct research on emerging data elements, evaluate segmentation plans, and collaborate with risk and analytics partners to align data sources with marketing objectives.
  • List Management & Execution: Review all list request submissions for accuracy, finalize specifications with Marketing, and provide clear, actionable instructions to the list execution team. When capacity permits, personally execute list builds using arenaflex’s proprietary platforms.
  • Platform Transformation Leadership: Serve as a subject‑matter expert during platform migration initiatives, participate in testing, and guide the transition to next‑generation campaign execution tools.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot data anomalies, address customer complaints, and work closely with technical teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline the list request workflow, reduce manual effort, and increase automation, thereby freeing capacity for higher‑value strategic work.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions for Marketing stakeholders, ensuring they understand the list execution process, eligibility rules, and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent, proactive communication with cross‑functional partners, providing status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and logically, translating business objectives into data‑driven targeting solutions.
  • Solid understanding of marketing operations, campaign lifecycle, and the role of data in direct marketing.
  • Hands‑on experience with data‑centric marketing platforms (e.g., arenaflex’s own list execution tools) and familiarity with campaign management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • “Can‑do” attitude combined with creative problem‑solving capabilities and a passion for continuous improvement.
