Your work will ensure that healthcare providers receive the devices they need, when they need them, supporting the delivery of critical medical technology to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will serve as a vital operational link between our sales team, billing department, and clients in the medical device sector. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Order Entry and Processing: Accurately enter new customer orders into the company’s enterprise system within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring all data fields are complete and error-free.
  • Email Account Management: Monitor and manage the dedicated order entry email inbox, responding promptly to incoming requests and routing communications to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Cross-Departmental Communication: Liaise with the sales and billing departments to obtain any missing or incomplete information required to process orders efficiently.
  • General Data Entry Support: Contribute to a wide range of data entry projects as needed, assisting multiple departments with data accuracy initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Review entered data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, taking corrective action when discrepancies are identified.
  • System Maintenance: Update and maintain customer records, product information, and order histories within the company database.
  • Confidentiality Compliance: Handle sensitive medical and customer information in full compliance with HIPAA and company privacy policies.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned by management to support the broader operational goals of arenaflex and our medical device partners.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following foundational qualifications:

  • Proven Data Entry Experience: A minimum of one year of professional data entry experience, preferably in a corporate or healthcare-related environment.
  • Typing Proficiency: Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
