Requirements

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations Provide information regarding Delta s services, policies, and promotions Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience
