Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to become a key member of its global support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Reservation Management: Assist customers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, seat selections, and special service requests, while accurately navigating arenaflex’s reservation system.
