Remote Part time Scrum Master
About the position The Remote Part-time Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile teams and ensuring effective Scrum practices are followed. This role requires a strong understanding of the Scrum framework and the ability to facilitate sprints, manage backlogs, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success. The position is part-time and requires a security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Gather and refine project backlogs in collaboration with various stakeholders.

- Support the technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions for feature development.
,
- Set up sprints in Jira, run reports, and create queries to track progress.

- Collect and document system requirements and capabilities, and write structured user stories for software features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or leading Agile teams.

- Security clearance required.

- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework.
,
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.

- Bachelor's degree.
,
- Experience with data gathering and creating reports using common office automation tools.

- Scrum Master certification.
